Southwood Apartments

Never fixed dripping tub and no drain cover for 6 weeks, walls are rippled, rusted vanity, garden level flooded and no one answered phone so we had to vacuum up 15 gallons of water, no fire alarm in bedroom, against state law. Never put ceiling tile up after 5 days of finally patching air conditioner pipe. Worst place ever! Dont rent from Kabredlos!

Our property manager Tyler, is great. He expects everyone to do their part and isn't overbearing. He responds to our concerns in a timely manner and takes matters seriously. I'd say this contributes greatly to a good living experience here at southwood apartments. : )

I pay 1200 for a 2 bedroom. They upped our rent after 1 year and I still don't have all nesscesities I was promised from the remodeling when I moved in. (Screen doors,lights in my rooms, patio light,burnt electrical outlets) It's been 1.5 years living and all I have to show is mold taking over my bathroom ceiling and a roach infestation I can't get rid of due from all the holes left in the apartments framework. Dont trust kabredlos property they were always the most rundown gas station and I am learning their rentals are no better.

I lived here for 16 months and in that time; my stove element had burnt out, which you can buy at Home Depot for $32, I was without an oven for over a month. My microwave went out, took 3 weeks to fix after I was told the microwave would be replaced with a new one they put a 5 year older microwave then what I had to begin with, my sink started leaking and nobody cared. I had to flag down a maintenance guy to tell him hey youre cabinets are getting ruined over here for someone to finally come fix it. While attempting to move out I asked how I should the fill the holes in the wall from hanging my TVs which at the time of move in I was told was allowed. Now moving out Im told any wall with a hole in it will be $3 per hole and $30 per wall. Spackling over them will not avoid charges. I even asked for touch up paint so I wouldnt be charged and was told nope they have professionals come paint. I know for a fact thats not true all of their work is in house. They have their own crew for everything even the owners house in Arizona! Which the cleaners get sent to about once a month to tidy up the owners home. I would highly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere as thats all this company cares about
