I went in to gamestop to grab my dead island 2 pre-order, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service. I wish gamestop would start doing midnight releases again. Those were some good times.

It's best to purchase elsewhere. Basically no refunds on product at this place. If you were to sell back $14 dollar cash on a brand new ps4 controller, one week old that cost $65. What rip off, why so they get profit. Mighty as well be a pond shop. Not only this. Customer service was horrible. When you need to consent with a manager on a return don't be texting him back and forth. Customer has no idea what your saying. Very Rude Pick up the phone and resolve the issue faster. Or if you know your manager is coming in then tell us this and help another customer as we wait. Not only that, Acknowledge other customers that are waiting in line for service. Don't let them just stare at you. We will no longer go back to this place. Hopefully in the future customer service is better!!
