I was charged $33 for what should have been $3 (two onsies and one gift bag) and didn't notice until I got home. I contacted the owner through Facebook and was told I would get a refund. The refund never came so I did a chargeback with my bank, which he fought. Literally stole $30 from me. I tell everyone this story and they've lost my business.

Absolute rip-off. They have no regard for selling defective items. Purchased a supposedly "new" air mattress sealed in the box, but they denied us the chance to test it, claiming it was in perfect condition. Upon opening at home, we discovered two large holes, a patch, and signs of prior use. Despite our attempt to address the issue with the owner, she seemed annoyed and unhelpful. This place is profiting from selling damaged goods. Avoid it at all costs.

I'm pleased to say I was very unfair in my previous review. The gals here are very nice and helpful and the manager Shayla, is very fair and easy to work with. Will take good care of you and resolve any issues.

WHAT A JOKE!! Not only a joke but a waste of time. We showed up at 8 just to get a ticket to be in line to get in at 10. Mind you have a sister meeting us from work who does not have a lot of time. Show up at 9:50 only to be kicked out of our ticket number in line because they never told us when handing out tickets you have to be back by 945 to get in line. On top of that they wait until 10 to tell us we can't do this and kick us to the back of the line behind a ton of people who weren't there at 8 or even 950 for that matter. Absolutely poor customer service and terrible experience. Poorly ran. Customers were equally as frustrating. There was not any care or concern for each other or fairness. Makes it really hard to support a buisness like this. Will never be going back!
