We had to ring for front desk service to check into our room. The lady was unable to understand my question of how much does it cost for a room. The recliner in our room was in disrepair, as well as the office chair, both should have been brought to the dump, as they were not fit to sit in. The bathroom may have been labeled handicapped, but no one heavyset would have been able to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the commode. The shower stool was bent and unable to be used. The continental breakfast was VERY limited to coffee, cereal, waffle, and apple. When we tried to check out, there was no one available to help us. So, after waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes, we just left.
I am very disappointed with Super 8, and it will be a long time before I stay there again.
