Called to reserve the "Splash Package" listed under "Special Packages" on their website. Hotel staff claim they have no idea how that package was added to their website and that it isn't valid. They've "been trying to get it removed". Staff was aware of everything the package included and then informed me that package price was the same as the normal rate, so why would they include all the other stuff. I explained that would be the point of the special. At that point I was asked what timeframe I was thinking of staying and was told "sorry" instead of being offered any other available options. Just all around poor service, I understand I'm not looking at a 5 star hotel in Lincoln or Omaha, but c'mon.
