There are not enought parking spaces for everyone in the complex so you have to get a garage and it cost too much money. They say they are no smoking but my building constantly reeked of weed. We talk to them and asked them to just go outside and they never would. So we told management and they would never do anything about it. They keep charging us for small dumb things that make sense for like one charge but they do it multiple times over and over. We payed almost 200 dallars in fee to this place, not rent, not utilities, but just Fees monthly. Like pool, community water, maintenance fees and garbage fees. They are not up front about them at all. Not worth the money for the place you get.

Parking: Terrible, if you want to park close to your apartment then you have to get a garage that is too small and costs too much. Fees: They do not tell you about how many fees the charge you. You have to pay a pool fee even if you never use it, you have to pay a landscaping fee even if your view is of a tiny parking lot that you never get to park in, garbage and other small ones you expect but they charge you them MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH! Crazy stuff. The only good thing about this place was Brian at the front office, just a super nice guy. This place is not worth the money that you spend. Do not give them business.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! They have a terrible maintenance team and they are always having water pipe issues. The parking is horrendous, everyday you come out to your vehicle expect a dent or ding because its impossible to park there. The units are full of mice, there is an infestation in the walls and the fireplace. They have been super active in broad daylight which means nothing good. Everyday I try to justify the amount I pay for rent for the quality of apartment we live in. This place is terrible in all aspects. I still cannot believe this properties lack of care while they charge people out the nose for a terrible outdated and cheap layout. I am very disappointed in The Vue, I can't even break the lease because they will charge you what is essentially 3 months rent and if they can't fill it possibly longer. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
