        For those interested in applying: disclaimer, I never lived here, and only got through the application process. Whatever third party they use to verify your identity apparently requires a photo of your social security card. In no world should you send a photo of your card. I tried to work around and call the third party credit check company, and the answering machine sent me in circles. I called RPM living headquarters, who is their management company, and they sent me back to the same people. I called other apartments in the area, and they all said asking for a photo was sketchy. Needless to say, I wont be seeing the $250 application fee back.

        I have no problem with staffs or anything. They were nice and I could get a hold of them, as long as I make it to the clubhouse. I dont call them cause they dont really answer, but they always seem to reply to my emails. The nice thing is they had maintenance fix my problem within a month or two, which is not bad. Ive been living here almost a year and I also renewed my lease. My neighbors are actually very quiet and clean. However, there are a few things that I hate tho, there is no freaking parking space close by at all and it is really expensive, but luckily Ive got two other roommates. If youre considering renting here, consider the prices and lil exercises you gotta do for parking or taking out the trash. Also dog poops in some area. All in all, youre going to need a lot of patience.
