image Horrible and unethical experience with Windermere.
Clint Roberts and Brad Tschida were the listing agents of a house we bought. A coonhound breeding and kennel operation backs up to the home. The owner currently has six coonhounds as pets that run to our property line where they bark and howl as well as when confined to their kennels.
This material adverse fact and noise nuisance was not disclosed to us.
Although their property is not directly behind the coonhound kennel facility, this was disclosed to people who bought the house to the left of us on the sellers disclosure agreement they received. The owners to the right of us, were also made aware of the coonhound noise issue when they bought their house.
We are directly behind and border the entire coonhound breeding/kennel operation. Yet, Clint Roberts and Brad Tschida did NOT disclose this material fact and noise nuisance on the property disclosure statement they signed.
Through our realtor and an attorney, we attempted to negotiate a mediated resolution to this issue of them not disclosing a material adverse fact. We got a snarky response back, and other times, we got no response at all.
This shows complete lack of integrity on the part of Clint Roberts and Brad Tschida. Furthermore, as we sought out an attorney to represent us, one attorney couldnt represent us because he was already involved in a similar lawsuit against Clint Roberts. This speaks volumes about Mr. Roberts character.
Because Mr. Roberts and Mr. Tschida refuse to meet with us, we have no other options except to take them to court. We will be reporting them to Montana Realtors Board and other agencies.
Really sad to see agents with a complete lack of integrity working for Windermere.

image Beware when dealing with Clint Roberts and Brad Tschida. They were the listing agents on a house we purchased. Not only did they fail to disclose a material defect, but when the sellers took an appliance that was to be included in the sale, we had to buy the replacement. Our realtor requested reimbursement for the appliance and they never responded to him. That is unprofessional!
When our realtor tried to work with Clint and Brad regarding the non-disclosure of a serious material defect, they did not respond nor did they respond to our attorney. Clint and Brad both signed the agent disclosures stating there was nothing to disclose. Very unethical and unprofessional!
