Leland helped my wife and I land our first dream home and all while coming from a different state. There could have been so many unforeseen challenges and obstacles that came with relocating from so far away but Leland worked tirelessly for us from the first phone call up to handing us the keys. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator, and knows the area better the most. He was always keeping us apprised of potential listings that fit our needs and he also saved us a bunch of time as well as trips (we only had to make two). When listings we saw online might be worth a look, he'd investigate first and see if they were worth the hassle. If we couldn't be there in person Leland didn't delay in arranging a virtual tour for us and always gave really honest feedback about the potential properties we would be buying. We couldn't be more happy and content having worked with Leland.

Leland did an incredible job finding me my first home despite a very crazy market. He went out of his way to chase leads on houses that werent yet on the market, do virtual showings when I wasnt able to physically be there, and walk me through everything step-by-step which was so helpful as a first-time homebuyer. He was constantly strategizing how I could be most competitive in the market as a buyer, offering ideas and solutions to challenges, and I felt like he had my back throughout the whole process and that he was working tirelessly for my benefit. The end result was an awesome house and happy new homeowner.

Leland Earl's rented an apartment to me from March to July of this year. He broke into my home while I was in the shower and never gave me 24 hours notice like our lease agreement stated. He repeatedly broke in all because he thought I was on drugs. He broke into my cell phone. Stole from me and is now currently stalking me. He opened my mail illegally and has repeatedly proven to be a controlling nightmare. He has called numerous employers Ive had just to prevent me from employment. In my best opinion he is a controlling landlord. He called me names and refused to provide me a safe environment.
