Amazing experience buying my first truck here. everyone was great to work with. The salesman named Connor was a huge help as well, very knowledgeable group of people.

I am a little frustrated with Corwin. I purchased a brand new pickup at nearly $70k, and when I came to grab the truck, it was still dirty after asking multiple times to have it cleaned. I left it with the dealership for an entire day after signing loan docs and their one job was to detail it....that never got done. It was extremely disappointing to drive away in a brand new vehicle with 18 miles that had dirt everywhere from previous test drives. My salesman was nice enough and answered my questions directly so that was good. The finance team pulled their typical shenanigans. I found an extended warranty slipped into my docs that I did not ask for, and then had to have that redacted. This is the biggest purchase I have ever made and with that I expect a little more. When I buy a new truck I want a NEW truck, it should not have any imperfections at all...that is the whole point to buying new. I should also be able to have a decent bit of trust that extra products are not being slipped in under my nose, I don't see how it could be "miscommunicated" that I wanted an extended warranty. I am having some running boards put on the truck and was told it can be detailed then, I am really hoping the dealership honors that. All that being said, my new truck sure is nice and I know that I will always have kind people to help me down the road with Corwin.
