I went in with a pamphlet with the items I needed to order circled (metal house trim). They had to be ordered and, when they came in, my husband picked them up, got them home, and realized that they werent what I asked for. I called the store and talked to the employee that ordered it and his manager. I was told they wouldnt take the metal back but might be able to give me a price break on the pieces I need. Turns out the product that was ordered in error is more expensive than what I wanted. They may have made money on that transaction but wont make any more from me. When I told them that, they said its my prerogative to go somewhere else. Additional note: I emailed pictures and more details after the response below (a month ago) and have gotten no response so please dont think they have made it right with me.

Had what I needed and good service in store, but no help in the yard for loading. Good thing I knew where to go

I went in to look at countertops and cabinets but the gentleman told me it was the last day for Him that they were taking it out . He did refer me to somewhere to look though so I left from there. He said they had another store across town that could help.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Store was clean and organized. Ordering instore was a breaze

Worst service in town. Went in to spend $200k and nobody could be bothered to help us. Dont waste your time.
