There is no communication unless something needs to be fixed. Ive asked for updates on my property, but dont get any responses. About 50% of the rent has been accounted for in the past year.

As an owner, Ive been with macek for almost 10 years and have had zero issues until this year. Completely ghosted. I left a message and emailed every single day for 3 weeks straight and no response. Finally got ahold of their owner Mark who apologized and assured me that he himself would take care of the issue and 2 months later I still have not gotten any resolution. This wasnt just me- my tenant who moved out could not get ahold of them to get their security deposit back and Im sure its going to small claims.
If this is how they treat their client after 10 years, I cant imagine how they would treat their residents or other owners. Absolutely unprofessional. My 10 year old can run a better business.
