Per my request, Josh did a Market Analysis of my house. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh personally delivered a detailed 24 page seller's report that included a current estimated home value and comp analysis value, home facts, property history (values), legal description, mortgage records, market activity in our area, statistics on median sales price and volume, and 5 comps nearby that also had detailed information on each one. The report was bound and very professionally done. While I am not in the immediate market to sell my house, I fully recommend Josh for your Realtor needs. After spending a little time talking to him, I believe he is a person that has your best interests in mind and will do an excellent job for you.
