        They don't answer their phone anymore, or call back if you leave a message. Trying to confirm if they are open Columbus Day and can't get hold of them. Have been trying for a week. They used to be very customer oriented but that seems to have disappeared. Too bad

        We were a couple of tired and frustrated Canadian business men struggling with Canadian Customs Arrivecan App. The people at this store enthusiastically offered whatever help with web access and technical prowess for no reason other than to be nice. It was truly incredible, heartwarming and very very appreciated. Though not asked for and I don't feel expected, we asked what we could give. I forget if it was $5 or $20 they accepted for enduring our torture with unbelievable grace. Very, very impressed! UPS...give them all a big fat raise? They are a hell of a group, cheerful, genuine and effective. Special thanks to Rick. You da man!
