We have been with H&R Block for years but after this filing, I am shocked and highly disappointed as we were treated very poorly and never addressed in a timely and efficient manner nor did she lift a finger to the information we stated that was wrong. Only received information from her when it was too late! And the response was too late. Never should this happen to anyone as a client. Our Taxes we're literally a mess, simply because the preparer would not listen and made mistakes she will not owe up to. We sought advise elsewhere with an accountant and multiple mistakes were found, we were right and honestly I can only say that this person from H& R Block was the most unprofessional preparer I have delt with! I would strongly consider this place before I commit to it. It just took someone to review, search, ask and question....and who cared as any professional should. My advise is always seek out these traits in a person who is dealing with your personal information.

Process was very simple they were very professional and sweet. I appreciate their patience with all my questions and concerns. Very pleased with our outcomebas we had alot of uncharted territory this year regarding taxes. Cost was reasonable aswell. Thank you!
