        This years H&R block person failed to put the correct address onto 2021 taxes that I had them do this tax season (April 2023). Cannot receive funds of that year via direct deposit, so the IRS mailed the check to the wrong address, and the mail was returned. I had to ask to find this out(months later), and when the error was revealed H&R block was unable or unwilling to deal with the matter further and was given a phone number that is only effective for 2022 taxes. I get to deal with IRS gov website now. Avoid this office for more detail driven or customer service oriented tax personnel. Somewhere around $500 for 2 years of taxes done in a sitting, and I have to deal with their mistake.
