        Alex is a terrible sales man. He never showed up when he scheduled to come measure my floors. When he finally did show up, no one was home to help him. He never called to reschedule either. After hanging onto their showroom samples for weeks I took them back. I complained about this gentleman not showing up and he promptly rescheduled and was out to measure in two days. I'm STILL WAITING for the estimate about three weeks later. In the meantime, I've gone to Bridger Mountain Flooring in Belgrade. Their business has came and measured, given me an estimate and installed a partial amount of my job. All to my satisfaction. Skip these guys and go elsewhere. You'll be much happier.
