Knowledgeable staff. Like, knowing a certain era of SuperPaint had extra high sheen kind of knowledge. They keep records of what you bought & offer useful advice on quality paint. So much better than a box store!

These folks are unequivocally knowledgeable about the products they sell, and if they dont know something they dont give up till they figure it out. Very friendly and engaging. They had excellent costumes on for Halloween today as well!

I really wish I'd gotten the associate's name who helped me. He was so nice. I had the paint codes from when my home was built and went to the store where the original paint was purchased. The guy was really dismissive and couldn't help me because they had new equipment and didn't keep old color codes. The original paint was a Sherwin Williams base so I figured I'd give it a shot and see how it looked without the "customization" the builder chose. Sherwin Williams had the paint in stock, in the size I needed, and in the higher end quality. They also had spackle in stock for fixing a couple chips in the wall. To top it off, the associate was great. Will definitely be using this Sherwin Williams store for future needs as I've had two less than stellar experiences at the *other* (non-SW) store now.

I have very little experience painting. The staff was really friendly and helped me not only with the type of paint but also with the color (I was having issues with the "gray" I wanted coming out purple. They helped me find similar options with the right undertones and it came out great!) Would recommend coming here for any painting needs.
