        Such a good work out! The 40 minute classes are easy to commit to and always feel super productive. They go by quickly and force you to be in the moment while you focus on each move, trying not to shake like jello!

        HELSE is the toughest workout you will ever love! You leave feeling strong even if the whole workout you were shaking through it! Instructors are amazing. Stick with it and this facility becomes like family.
