Ordered my window in April, it came in sometime in May. Called about every 1 to 2 weeks to see if I could get it scheduled for install or pickip. They said they would give me a call the next day, but they never did. Now they are closed and they never got us our window. The frustrating part is we could install it ourselves if they would just get us the window. It's at their store. It is super unprofessional and frustrating to say the least!!! Did they just fall off the face of the earth. Where did they go??? Anyone have any idea?? Service: Window installation

I should have read the reviews before trying to do business with them. I got a quote on April 14th to get some mirrors at my home gym and replace a window at a rental property. I approved and paid for half. Every time I would go there or call they kept saying they forgot about me, they would call me back or stop, always giving some excuses.Today they just called me and said they can’t do the service that was quoted, approved and half was paid. After keeping my money for 2 months and wasting my time. I do not recommend them at all. I wish I could give a 0 star, but there’s no option.

Abyssmal serice , rude, unresponsive, uncaring. Used for 10 years, new owner 2 years ago, ruined the business, avoid at all costs.

Called to have them measure a window to get replaced. Was told "Yeah, I can probably make it out there tomorrow, I'll give you a call in the morning". Received no call the entire next day, so I called again the following. Was told again "Sorry, we are just swamped, ill make it out tomorrow if you're around". And haven't heard from them since, that was a week ago. Went with another company that actually showed up when they said they would.
