Benchmark window and door just wrapped up installing 3 egress windows for us and did a phenomenal job! Cameron was our onsite contact and not only did beautiful work but also did a great job of keeping us updated on progress and next steps. Would 100% recommend!

We used Benchmark Window and Doors to replace the front and back doors at our primary residence and received excellent quality service and installation. I described my ideas for door design and they were able to show me a few options without getting overwhelmed looking through pamphlets and books. pleased and satisfied from start to finish! We also recently used Benchmark Window and Doors to replace all the windows at our rental property and the process was so professional, timely and simple. No communication gaps, worked easily with us as homeowners and with our renters. After pricing out the project and getting several bids none of the other companies matched Benchmarks professionalism, efficiency and reliability not just with their service but with their products.

Terrible! Run away from this business! Cant communicate, always giving me the run around, and no one can return my call. Ive been waiting on a part for 9 months for my front door. After 3 months I call, they think they have the part. Come out, they actually ordered the wrong part. Wait another 6 months, calling every month and its always someone elses fault. I ordered my whole house windows and doors thru them and quality isnt worth the price. Do NOT use this company. Will update if my front door is ever usable..

Cody and his crew were awesome. I had a whole house window replacement project done by Benchmark. They had wonderful communication from obtaining measurements, giving written bids, scheduling install, installing and completing. I would highly recommend them they were top notch star to finish. I am around many contractors and this company was one of the best! Would hire again and recommend over and over.

I reached out to Cody about replacing an old entry door and storm door. He worked with me to find the doors I liked, and was patient with me as I asked questions about the doors and different options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My doors were ready quickly, and Cody worked around my schedule to find a good time for the installation. The installation went well. It was made a bit difficult because we live in an older house and some adjustments needed to be made due to settling of the house. Cody and Cameron did an amazing job and worked diligently on the project. I would 100% recommend them for any window/door project.
