Ryan had to come in after a larger company finished after a flood from a fridge that went through the kitchen floor and into the basement. The previous company didnt do a thorough job, which resulted in the start of mold and bacterial growth. Ryan was very professional and precise in his work and never left a mess behind. He also listened to our concerns and answered so many questions for us, which was not the case of the previous company. If you have to deal with insurance companies he is 100% on your side and will make sure you get what you need to restore. He was also concerned for air quality due to microbial growth and setup a large air filter, the previous company had no concerns for this and blew dryers with particles from wood and floor left behind to be blown around into the air, especially concerning in the kitchen. I would never ever go with any other company, CertifiedClean is definitely who you need after a flood!
