The team that came to my house to do a sewage clean up and disinfecting did a fantastic job. They kept me informed with everything they were doing and a time line on their progress. They were very professional. While they were working, the office team worked with my insurance to ensure I was covered. The whole experience was very comfortable. 10/10 I would recommend 406 Disaster Response.

4 days after my wedding our house we bought 3 months prior flooded. Not gonna lie as new home owners we panicked and called our insurance at 10pm and they said call a disaster restoration company. I called 406 and they were at my home in 30 minutes with dryers and gear to get the water under control. They were super amazing even when my fur babies were not (for context they were strangers in my home as far as the dogs knew lol) but the staff understood. They communicated directly with insurance and with us so we knew exactly what to expect and what the plan was. Would highly recommend especially when you want someone (Laura )who can quite literally explain the entire process and answer all your questions

What an awful company. I had my reservations at the first meeting. My husband contacted them with my concerns and we were assured we would be involved in decisions. What a joke. I told them specifically what we wanted to keep and what didnt need to be recovered after our house fire. The items we were CLEAR on were not taken care of. Everything we said we didnt want recovered was first and we were charged for it, even after telling them we did not want them to clean it. The items and debris do not need removed, as at demo (which is less than their ridiculous charges) will take care of. They even charge for the initial call at $253!! They hired an outside group, which showed up without the company I hired on site and just threw our belongings in the trash. Their lead broke an heirloom we had taken down to grab after we were done working around the property and broke it. There is so much more I could go on and on about with this company. Like telling your client, Now let me tell you how this works. That was the phrase that got them fired!! 5 days with less than 6 hours of GARBAGE work (where I did more in 4 hours by myself) cost me $20,000+!! Run as far away from them and do research!! My inspector even laughed at the people.
