        Amazing service from the first call to completion. After receiving many no's from several companies, I tried TLC. Anna took my information, did followup calls including calling my plumber to get pictures I didn't even know they had. They got over to my property the very next day, vacuumed up the sewage and repaired the sewer line. Finished up by sending my insurance company information and a surprisingly reasonable bill! They took what others made out to be a hopeless case to something that wasn't a problem for them at all!

        These guys are great. We have been dinking around with another company for months trying to figure out why our well stopped pumping to our cistern. We finally decided to have the cistern cleaned and called these guys. They had an opening and came out right away. TREE ROOTS! They took out the roots, patched, and cleaned the cistern and said they think the roots were holding up the float. But if not and the float needs to be rewired, they can do that also. So thankful for their can-do attitude. Get you cistern cleaned and call these guys!!

      Teresa,Thank you for your 5 star review! We will have to admit at the first explanation of what occurred, we were wondering what we would be getting ourselves into. However, we always try to treat others how we want to be treated and knew we needed to step up and help in the dire situation. After coming up with a game plan on how we could best rectify the situation our service crew rolled up their sleeves and without complaint got busy. It really did not take long to manage the situation and get the home back up and running properly. Our employees are truly the HEROS who are not afraid to handle situations that challenge many others. Thank you for allowing us to Serve You!Jim
