In today's world it is so very hard to find someone that really cares & is dedicated to a job well done. Ted & Carol Van Duinen (INFINITY ROOFING & SIDING) are indeed a rare find. Dedicated & concerned with a very strong focus on complete customer satisfaction in every respect. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism is outstanding. Ted and Carol Van Duinen at Infinity Roofing & Siding were my contractors to repair hail damage to my roof, siding and windows from an August 2019 storm. This is the third time in five years I have had hail damage. Ted was recommended to me by my next door neighbor who used him two years previously. It was a pleasure to do business with Ted and Carol. They handled everything including negotiations with my insurance company. The workmen they employed were on time, quick, professional and very competent. Ted provided excellent advice. If I had utilized Ted on a prior occasion I think I would have had less damage this time. 10/10 would recommend. Their project manager, Rich Wolf, is the man! He helped us from start to finish, is very responsive in communication, and has extensive knowledge of roofing/siding replacement. Infinity put up a new roof and gutters within 2 weeks of us making the claim. Everything has been straight forward and easy going.
