US Roof & Restoration

Would never recommend this company period . They came into Big Horn county " Hardin" and makde everyone promises they couldn't keep. There work is below par in the roofing industry. Left nails all over the property , gutters wernt cleaned and they haven't been back to even talk to my dad about his siding.

Such a frustrating experience. After nearly 6 months the only thing finished so far is my roof. It took 3 months for them to send a supplement to my insurance company after which they haggled with my insurance company for another 2 months. Now that winter is almost upon us Ill have to wait until next year for the remaining work to be done. I am so disappointed with this company and would not recommend them.

Could not have been happier with these guys. Responsive, got the job done when they said it would be done, and on the timeline they told me. Kept me apprised of any changes, and quick to get back to me with any and all questions I had. Did the work efficiently, then cleaned up and took care of everything. Completely professional.These guys are the real deal, like what you used to expect when working with a local company that cared about their customers. Old School professional work and customer service.
