I need to preface my review with a bit of a backstory.
Over the course of two (2) weeks in February, I had two (2) different businesses come in and provide an estimate pertaining to a wall that I wanted to be moved and turning a coat closet into a pantry. The first gentleman indicated he could do a part of the project, but some were outside his scope. The second gentleman indicated he could complete both projects and provided an estimate. I was ecstatic! He sent an e-mail indicating he could start within a week, but as I read the e-mail, something felt "off." I did some research and was shocked, knowing my personality that I hadn't researched prior, but my "off" feeling served me well as this gentleman was well known in the court system for scamming clients. I was back on the hunt for a contractor.
I had one previous contractor come in before Trevor with Timeless Construction & Design came to evaluate and provide an estimate. Trevor came in the door, shook my hand, provided me with a business card, and he MEASURED the walls right away. Why hadn't the others not been measured? I have no idea. I knew that I was using Timeless Construction and Design regardless of the cost due to the instant professionalism.
I received an invoice from Lisa and was in a tension of understanding they required a certain amount down to demonstrate commitment. Also, knowing that people could and were willing to scam, I was hesitant to provide a down payment. I did my research, slept on it, and provided the down payment, and needless to say, this company did not disappoint. Lisa provided me with a tentative date and communicated with me the entire way through. Trevor and his crew were fantastic and professional, and the project turned out AMAZING.
I will use this company for future projects and highly recommend it to anyone with remodeling that needs to be completed. Service: Remodeling

Trevor & Lisa were great to work with! We needed our primary bath remodeled and they came up with multiple design ideas to best utilize the space. When it was time to get started on the project they provided a detailed project plan outlining each step of the process and throughout the project kept us up to date. Trevor and his team were very professional, clean, on time and easy to communicate with. We especially loved the tile work for our shower, it turned out amazing! Part way through the project we asked if he could also build out an area to mount our TV, which he accommodated and then at the end of the project our dishwasher needed to be replaced as we found a leak and once again Trevor happily helped us to repair the damage. We greatly appreciated Trevor's willingness to help us as well as how both Trevor and Lisa made time to accommodate the additional projects. Would definitely recommend using Timeless Construction & Design! Services: Tile work installation, Remodeling
