        Shawn at the front desk was such a delight! Nice to see a friendly smiling face when entering or leaving building. He greeted me by name and I only had a short stay. Made me feel welcome.

        One of the best IHG hotels Ive been to. Clean and modern style with an upgraded gym. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This a great place to stay for pleasure or business trips.

        This was one of the BEST IHG hotels that I have ever stayed at!!!! The rooms were extremely clean and their pool/hot tub were new which was great! The staff was so friendly and I didnt meet a single person that wasnt friendly on this trip. The grab and go breakfast was amazing as well and I will definitely be staying at this hotel if I ever visit Billings, MT again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! Rooms: The rooms were spotless and I loved the style. This was an extremely upgraded hotel and the view of the mountains was amazing! Nearby activities: There were plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. around to do. Plus, this was super close to the mountains and was a perfect overnight stay. Safety: I felt safe and there was always someone at the front desk. Walkability: There are a few restaurants around the hotel and there is a gas station right there as well.
