We’re generally open in some capacity 7 days a week. Regular business hours from 9am-4pm M-F, and do Open House Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This past Sunday, although it was Easter, we still had an Open House from 10am-2pm. At 2:40pm while driving past the subdivision on a road to the south a red car was observed driving through a portion of the subdivision where no homes are under construction. Instead of letting it be, we drove down to see if we could help out. Upon meeting your vehicle, the driver of your car rolled down his window and was asked “is there anything we can help you with?’. He responded “No”. The follow-up to his short response was “Ok, well, we own the propertyhere”. He said “ok” and left. At no point and time was there anything mentioned about wanting to check out the homes or the subdivision from you or the gentleman driving. If that were the case a full tour wouldhave been offered. A couple things I’d like you to take into consideration.1. As you’re pulling up to the subdivision there’s a 16 ft x 6 ft sign with our logo, contact number, website information and open house hours. We are more than happy to show homes outside of those hours with a simple phone call.2. When you drive into the property the first sign reads “PRIVATE COMMUNITY, NO TRESPASSING, 15 MPH”. Now, we never said “this is private property”. You we’re simply asked if you needed help with anything and were informed, we were the owners. In today’s world if you see something, say something. There was an unfamiliar vehicle drivingthrough the subdivision that wasn’t a homeowner in the community so we took action to make sure everything was ok with that vehicle and for our community. We’re sorry that based off your experience you felt the need to leave a negative review.
