Really wish that I could go below a 1 star. She is at least 2 years behind on my family ranchs taxes which is setting me back on applying for the FAFSA so I can continue college. Have left numerous messages and secretarys have told me they are going to have her call back but still nothing after months of trying. I always get the excuse of she is out of the office or she is busy at the moment. Would not recommend giving these people your service.

If you do your taxes here they'll hold onto them for 4+ months and lie 3+ times to you about mailing them to you. They'll ignore your phone number because GOD FORBID you call them and want your tax documents back!

We stayed with this business even when we moved out of state. Always been great-until this year. Zero communication regarding taxes, phone calls left unanswered, and taxes still not done for 2016; it is the middle of July 2017. The only reason they get 2 stars is because there was a time they deserved all 5.
