        Do not use Theresa Sherbo. I was with her for over 17 years. I was erroneously placed under investigation by the FBI and she refused to help. Told me to go to H&R Block. I hired a reputable accountant, proved the FBI wrong. They were promptly sued for an amount I cannot disclose. Teresa Sherbo will not be there for you when the cards are down.
