The workout area is nice...good selection of cardio and free weights and weight machines. The locker rooms are not clean with hair all over the vanity in the women's bathroom. The men's never has paper towels. There are always many employees, but no one is ever actively working. Once I had a question and asked at the desk. They didn't know the answer and sent me up to workout area to ask that employee. I didn't find one. When I went back to the desk, they asked if I got the answer I needed. When I said that I didn't find anyone, they took me back upstairs. We located the employee in an office with earbuds in reclining in a chair. Needless to say, no one could answer my question.

The trainers are amazing and are very educated on health and fitness. I also enjoy doing a workout challenge that the gym offers throughout the year to keep me motivated and see real results using the body scale. I truly enjoy this gym and highly recommend it!

Beware you have to cancel by the 20th of the month, otherwise you have to pay for the full next month. My husband canceled on the 30th of May, having scarcely used his membership recently and knowing he wouldnt use it again for several months. I was very disappointed that we had to pay $50 for the month of June for a membership that will not be used.

Very nice people very nice clean place the only problem I have is they keep it too hot with no air circulation in the environment is kind of uneasy but the people that work there are in high school and remember to bring your own cup for the free coffee they will give you a cup but I'm not sure if they're sanitized or clean and how many people have drank God of and so bring your own coffee cup or water bottle they don't have disposable cups Anymore
