      image Very accommodating of me as an out of state visitor, looking up my national membership and allowing me to register when I arrived for a class or via phone. Excellent facilities, very clean! The entire staff - front desk, instructors, housekeeping - so pleasant and welcoming.

      The membership is AWESOME!
      The Y is somewhere you will like to go to.
      Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Track (Which I love the most).
      The Y is amazing.

      image Horrible customer service absolutely. The worst,.they need to get in the 21st century. If you need to make adjustments to your account, you shouldn't have to come in, it should be able to do it over the phone. To come in just to write your name on the top of the piece paper and sign it is Pretty primitive. One would
      anticipate a world renowned organization such as the YMCA Would do better.
