I received an unsolicited phone call today from this company. The woman started out friendly but after saying no thank 3 times, she continued to push. She literally said “you don’t care about your mom enough to have her hearing checked”. I told her that I had been polite, didn’t hang up and asked her 3 times to please remove me from the list. When she then pushed again about how I’m caring for my mom (who had a hearing check at Barnes), I asked if the call was recorded because I could not believe she was attempting to intimidate and bully me. If I needed a hearing test, or even know of someone who does - I would NOT recommend a company that employs such tactics.
