Fuzzy's Taco Shop

Ordered from Fuzzy's own site today - for delivery this evening. Once we opened the bags, we realized we didn't have everything we ordered. We called Fuzzy's, first to be told, "We can't be responsible for orders made on other sites." We then explained we had placed the order on THEIR SITE for delivery. The response was not to apologize, but to rather just ask us to hold for the manager. The manager came to the phone, sounding gruff. He said our only option was to drive to their location with our receipt. Not, "We are making a new order for you and will be delivering it shortly," nor even an apology for what was clearly their mistake. We felt like a nuisance to them, when in fact we should be the ones feeling slighted. My husband took the food and receipt to the restaurant and asked for a new order since by that point, everything was cold. The manager glared at him, and then told him he'd be waiting awhile, so good luck. We did get the new order, but not without my husband being made to feel very unwelcome in their restaurant. The rudeness was really shocking. Beyond disappointed with the lack of plain decency.

I have heard nothing but good things about the food. It was my first and last time. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was cold when we got it and some was missing. My niece ordered and waited an hour and her food was also cold.

The food is better at the Manchester location. Got shredded chicken, shredded brisket and bacon egg and cheese taco. Meat was very dry and not that flavorful

Place is looking neglected still fire food but feels dirtier every time I'm there I know there ha ing staffing issues. Hope it gets better see you for Tuesday tacos.
