Vance Station

Been here almost a year. Better maintained and ran than the other complexs in the area that I've lived in. The office manager, Precious, does a great job running this place (seemingly) alone. Maintenance is mostly on the ball as well. Again, better than other nearby complexes by far. My wife wanted to move here and we're both quite glad we did!

From touring the apartment to move in day it has been very smooth. Amazing community and an even better leasing agent that has helped us through the process. Thank you so much Precious. I would recommend these apartments to my friends, family and anyone looking for a quality place to live!

My experience at Vance Station has been lovely. This truly is a wonderful community. The office staff adds to the great living experience, namely Precious (the community manager). Shes very understanding and is willing to assist in any way she can. Maintenance is also commendable. All in all, this is a great place to live!

I would like to say the office manager Ms. Precious was a really great help she was very detailed with the information that I needed she was able to clarify and help me understand. She was very patient with me I felt so bad at some point because I was asking soo many questions lol but she stayed patient and had extremely good energy especially it being my first time looking to apply for apartments. Thank you for the help and Im looking forward into moving into my new and first apartment !

Great place. Clean and affordable. Staff is super helpful and maintenance keeps things timely and professional.
