        We moved to Forest Woods Apartments in January of 2024, and we have had a wonderful experience so far! Jamielou was our leasing agent, and she did a great job at communicating with us what the application + move-in process was with timely follow-up. There was also a move-in deal happening at the time that she made sure we received, which was much appreciated. The grounds, facilities, and units are in great shape. Any time we have put in a maintenance request, it has been answered quickly and solved. The gym is a nice amenity, but my favorite has been the dog park! It's a nice community, and all of the tenants and staff we have met have been very pleasant. Also, the ice cream place next door is amazing and just adds to all of the attractions nearby! :) I definitely recommend Forest Park Apartments for anyone looking in the Valley Park area. Quiet, clean, safe, and in a great location.

        The maintenance guy, Dan, is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. My hot water and thermostat were broken and he fixed both within 30 minutes.
