        I lived here for about 2 years between August 2017 and May 2019. The landlord lived onsite and always responded quickly whenever I had any issues. The maintenance person came help as soon as possible, sometimes on the same day or next day I requested. When our sink shower head and bathroom sink had issues, they replaced with brand new ones. I had issues with noise from upstairs, but they remodeled the floor to reduce noise after the residents moved out. They took sometime to refund us the security deposit, but the amount we received was reasonable and more than we expected.
