YOUR APARTMENT WILL FLOOD WHEN IT RAINS!! Do not move here unless you want to be in fear of your apartment and your car flooding when the River De Peres backs up. Be mindful the creek is located right behind the apartments. It is not a matter of if it will flood but when. Please ask the manager about flooding before you move in, It was never brought to my attention prior to moving in. I moved in, in July 4 days later my home and car was submerged in water, car up to my head light, water 2 feet into my apartment. 20 apartments were affected a temporarily condemned. The apartments offered absolutely nothing and ultimately did not want to me refund me my money back, and only gave me back partial. Save yourself the worry and expense. These apartments have had mutiple flooding, so bad one year Fema got involved. This is a known issue for those apartments. The City of University City has be trying to buy them out for years and says each year the owners go up on the asking price. There are safer places to move.

I stay there now they moved me in short one Window AC unit. I ask for a air conditioner because I have Asthma the Manager looked me in my eyes and said sorry we dont have the money for another. The Lack of service and care you get from them will be 0. Hopefully I don’t have a Asthma attack and die in there. Waiting on help from management I probably will.
