Took my Redwing Iron Rangers in for a sole replacement. Was told six weeks and got them back in three. Full leather midsole and new sole. I've had the boots resoled once before at another place in town and Tom's did a far better job. Absolute great job.

Just needed a simple shoelace hook replaced. This plus the way the guy talks, I sincerely dont think hes right in the head. Maybe he does good work for people. I unfortunately did not have a good experience. Tore up good leather and looks like his dog did the work. I made the mistake of asking him if there was anything he could do to remedy the repair, he slabbed some shoe glue over it like vaseline over a boxers cut up face and asked if I wanted my $10 back. Everybody has problems.I dont want anything to do with this place, ever.
