Friendly staff and wicked affordable prices; got some extra velcro added to my climbing shoes' straps, and they work like a charm!

Great shop, with knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to pick up some brushes and creams. Large selection of color creams to match your leather and true horse hair shine brushes. I had questions on leather softener, and they had the answers.

TL;DR Will damage shoes, do sloppy job, not take accountability and be rude. Brought in a $300 pair of brand new leather boots imported from Europe. a lace post was damaged and needed replaced. Dropped shoe off and never heard anything. Called a week later and they said "let us know 15 minutes before you get here and we'll do it." Why? Couldn't you just do it and make it more convenient for me as a customer? Go to pick up the shoe and it has a flap of leather torn on the outside and super sloppy job with more torn leather exposed on the inside. They put some glue on it and brushed it off. My husband got home to show me and I was upset. They acknowledged that they damaged it and the glue had already come up. I called the next day and shared my concern of the quality. The first guy brushed it off and said he didn't know what I was talking about and to come back in. I told him I lived an hour away and asked him to inquire further with the employee that worked on it. It turns out the owner Randy did the job. I told him that I had shared pictures with the manufacturer of the shoe. the manufacturer agreed that the work was completely dissatisfactory and voided the warranty from the damaged leather. Randy had no empathy or suggestions besides saying it was acceptable for them to damage shoes and it's not a big deal. If it was a fix that had a risk of doing more damage that should have been discussed when they inspected the shoe. Its unacceptable to do work, damage the shoe, and blame it as "part of the work." I hate putting down small businesses but the lack of skill and professionalism earns this business a poor review. I hope this saves someone's beloved shoes from their apathy
