To be clear, we purchased a new king sized bed and the furniture company uses this delivery company. I did not hire them directly. Delivery drivers mocking customers when they think they can't hear them is highly unprofessional and downright rude. I had gotten a call from reception at ten, order was scheduled to be delivered between eleven and noon with the statement that they would call when they were on their way. Noon came and I hadn't heard from anyone, so I reached out. Jessica was polite and apologized with the expectation that she would reach out and have the driver call me with an update. I called again around 12:35 because I still had no update. A man answers the phone and just says hello, no company name. I ask to make sure he's with DoneRite and he says yes. I tell him about my order and he says he'll figure it out and call me back. Almost twenty minutes later, I get a call from the driver (finally) saying they're ten minutes away. I thanked him profusely, but after he thought I hung up, I could hear him mocking the way I thanked him. When they arrived, they smelled like pot and claimed their schedule for the day was given to them backwards, and we were last on the list instead of first. I wouldn't have cared what they smelled like if they weren't late and rude. Acted fine in person when setting everything up. I did not confront them directly because I wanted everything to be over with. Services: Local moving, Furniture assembly, Moving-related junk removal

Made an appointment over a week in advance due to positive reviews and confirmed 48 hours before the job. Received a text on the job date AFTER the appointed start time to say they would be an hour late. I realize things happen, and would have overlooked the lateness had Done Rite reached out in a timely manner rather than after the agreed upon start time. Not recommended.

Had the movers , Travis and one other man, move our mattress into our home. While moving mattress, they hit my ceiling fan and damaged it. Called and spoke to Travis on the phone, and then have tried to follow up with company AFTER Travis told me that someone from their insurance would call me. I am now getting hung up while calling and speaking to someone at Done Rite. Movers were also super unprofessional. Service: Local moving
