        I have nothing but good things to say about North America Van Lines. They were the only company that actually came out and viewed what they were going to move. The agent company (Best Way Moving and Storage in Springfield, MO) was so easy to work with . The coordinator ( Sabra ) and the driver and moving manager ( Nick Collins) were on top of everything. Nick was always available by phone and kept in touch the entire trip. He said he would be in front of my house at 8 AM, and he was. The loaders and unloaders were careful and very courteous. I would absolutely use them again. On a scale from 1 to 10, they would be a strong 10.0

        These people are complete shysters They know the quote they give you is bogus and then the movers that show up give you a much higher one This after they take a deposit Very slimeball people - 3rd world mentality Stay Away!

        I can not say enough great things about Nick and his team. I was overwhelmed moving my elderly parents from rural MO to Texas near me. They were so helpful and understanding not to mention incredibly hard workers. Thank you so much!!!!!
