        I walked in at 8:18 PM this evening to go to the customer service center to ask if they could print a receipt that I misplaced from a few weeks ago. The young lady working the self checkouts told me the service desk closed at 8 PM. She said let's walk over here and talk to one of the managers. Just a a young woman came out and asked if I had all of the items that they would need to look up a receipt and that she could do it for me. She took the information and found the receipt very quickly. KUDOS to JESS!!!!!! Thank you Jess for going above and beyond the call of duty. I have to leave on a flight at 5 AM in the morning and I need this one receipt to finish my expense report. Jess made that happen for me!!! Thank you Jess for being "SIMPLY THE BEST"!
