        I did some business with AT&T today and had the pleasure of doing business with a young man named Houston. Hey you want fast and really professional help getting what you need. Just go by AT&T and ask for Houston. Hell fix you right up with whatever fine AT&T product that you need. Just go in or make your appointment and ask for Houston. You all have a good one.

        I have a company and I bought several devices and many accounts for phone and internet service. I some point I didnt need some accounts and I asked att to deactivate those accounts. They said they will but months past and I found out that they didnt. So I kept paying more than $1,000 every month unnecessary. I went to this branch and talked to them again and they checked and canceled all the accounts again, but they didnt and kept charging me every month. Finally one of the managers told me that it needed to be cancel by phone. When I called they said it needed to be canceled at the branch. So I went back to the branch and call from the branch and the manager took over the call and at the end she gave me an email to email them and request a refund but it was not going to be more than around $500. Needless to say that I emailed them and I never got any refund for the thousands of dollar they withdraw from my account without my permission. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS COMPANY. Specially if you have a company and they trapped you on the automatic withdraw. I took my company somewhere else. I have never seen such a thing, A company withdrawing money unauthorized, by the thousands and simply tell you, sorry send an email. They refused to give me all my money back.
