If a zero star was available I would use it.
The employees in this store refused to accommodate my request, I had to call T-Mobile customer service to get things done. Customer service informed me that the store employees could have completed my request and didn't understand why they didn't.
I will not darken this stores doorway ever again!!

All of the employees are awesome! We came in here and are really happy. No pressure sales and everyone is friendly since job and so did Tucker and Rich

I had the pleasure of being assisted by David and Mackenzie at T-Mobile today, and I must say their level of service was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help.
David and Mackenzie went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and questions regarding my phone plan and device. Their knowledge and expertise were evident as they patiently explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.
Not only were they professional and efficient, but they also showed a great deal of patience and dedication in ensuring that I left the store satisfied and well taken care of. Their customer service skills are top-notch, and it's clear that they truly care about their customers' needs.
