Absolutely terrible bank. Technology stuck in 1999, online accout system a joke, bank tellers telling people they have no way to freeze a card, cant get anything done without talking to a single gatekeeper who does business account stuff, phone support asking no identifying questions before giving account details. Moved the BluCurrent and have been happy since. Avoid unless you enjoy a 1995 bank experience.

I went through the drive through to deposit money and the teller was very sweet and noticed I was eligible for a better account and explained that she could have someone help me if I had a few minutes. I went in and Brock helped me set up a new checking and savings account. He explained everything very well and was very efficient since I was doing this on my lunch break. Today, he noticed that I was charged twice on some purchases in my old account when he went to close it and promptly called me to tell me he would take care of it. I highly recommend him for any new accounts coming in.

Ellen Pate was very helpful, super fast, friendly, and got the job done! Had to get a new card as well as change my last name. I was there maybe 10 minutes. Highly recommend the new bank manager Ellen for all your banking needs. Love Central Bank
