Zero stars. Didnt do my moms taxes, after the son took over his Dads business it went to crap. She owed quite a bit of money and paid for a service that wasnt done and neglected. Once she received letters from the IRS, she called and tried to contact and this company avoided contact with her. Reported to the BBB, and from the looks of the latest reviews this place has gone downhill. Highly dont recommend tax services. Careless, and untrustworthy.

If I could give this zero stars I would, have used this business for many years! His father was an outstanding honest man. Matt said he had filed my taxes as well as my daughters. We paid for our service that was not received. Just received a letter from the IRS, my daughter did as well! Now what Matt! Get prepared to pay the IRS for us! Why should we? Dishonest is an under statement. I would think you would call and make this right..... to be continued.

My husband/ family has filed taxes with Matt for several years. Last year was the year it turned bad. Ive called several times he refuses to answer/ respond to me. Long story short he isnt completely a honest person! He still owes me my sons W2s from the last two years refuses to file them. My daughter moved some money he didnt file properly. My husband has called this year to get our paperwork he told him that weve been banned from the office since his wife reported him to the BBB, hes mail our papers ( still havent received them) shocker!! Also the business is now in Windfield Missouri. I would bet hes NOT even a accountant ( runs off his deceased fathers account number!? Watch out for this dishonest member of society!!

Zero starts.. paid Matt to do my taxes .he did not do my taxes right refused to fix it. I called irs and this market place he stated they do not have me or my son on this plan . I never have called last year at all . They even said we are not clients with them. So instead of doing the right thing and fix a simple error on his part. Nope he took my 100 bucks. And was very rude and disrespectful towards me and yelling has well . When I see a person react like that that mean 9 out 10 his lying . I did not deserve this k8nd od treatment at all . Oh he would never return my phone calls until my aunt had to step in. Has of now you have lost business from me and if I hear any one wanting to go to you sir I will make sure they don't and I'm call8ng the bbb and filing a misconduct form with the irs about you. This was giving to me by another irs agent I called right after 8 left your office sir . Bad bad place to go you can't not believe anything he says.

Ive went to joe for years when he was on junngermann loved his dad then matt took over moved to winfield thought he was a friend sent lots of people to his dad he sopposeably filed my taxes havent heard a thing told lisa he filed them have called n called n called same BS run around doesnt call back ever seen him 3 times and that was driving out there that is not a way to treat someone who brought his family a ton of business i text him yesterday asking to let me know i can go somewhere else I like matt as a person but if you want a tax guy to do your taxes unless you like driving to see him to get answers you will not get a response from him its my last year going to matt There are places alot closer to my house and they answer there phones sorry matt you will be missed
