Ultimate Realty

Ultimate Realty will ultimately not communitcate. This management company really does have a communication problem. Although I am not a customer of theirs, I manage a rental house next door to a house Ultimate Realty manages. On the property that they manage there is a large dead tree that has been dropping branches for the last few years. There is a large branch at the moment hanging over my deck and roof. It's just a matter of time before it breaks and falls. I got a survey done on my property last year just to ensure that the tree was theirs. I have been trying to get a call back or follow up since 8/2023. They did get back to me initially to tell me that they will start getting quotes to remove the dead trees (2). That was the last of the communication. I have been calling and emailing for the last 7 months with no response from Ultimate Realty. If you're thinking of hiring this company to manage your rental properties, I would say they will save you money in the short term by not addressing safety issues but could cost you a lot more in the long run if those safety issues turn into something worse, like bodily or property damage.

I use to work for this company and I loved them so much as a company and the workers for who they are I went back to them to rent. They are so kind and so helpful. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Then we wanted to buy a house and they even helped us find and purchase one. This company does it all. With the kindest people making it all happen. Incredible company.

Lisa has been the best to work with. Everytime there has been an issue it was fixed in 24 hours or so. Hands down this has been the best service and process Ive had while looking and leasing!!!

Awful!! This company is the absolute worst property management company I have ever had to deal with! Unprofessional to say the least! To have any issue addressed in a timely manner is an actual joke! Have not had a shower since May 1, 2923 and to current still not fixed!! Ridiculous!!

I APPLIED FOR A RENTAL HOME WITH ULTIMATE REALTY, A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND FOUND THE ENTIRE PROCESS TO BE STREAMLINED, CLEAR AND SUPRISINGLY STRESS FREE. I RENTED THE HOME FROM ULTIMATE REALTY FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEIR ATTENTION TO ANY PROBLEMS TO BE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. ONCE MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BROKE IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY AND I WAS ABLE TO CALL AN AFTER HOURS NUMBER . THE NEXT MORNING THEY HAD ARRANGED FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO REPAIR. I HAVE FOUND THAT RENTING A PROPERTY MANAGED BY ULTIMATE REALTY TO BE IDEAL.
