Julie Corbett is amazing! I was an out of town buyer and with so many different options on the market that would go so quickly, it was a bit overwhelming. Julie not only helped me stay focused on what I was actually looking for, she went out of her way to go look at houses for me, sent me videos, and helped me see any potential changes in the house that could help make it my own. I also loved that I could ask Julie to give me real talk about this market so I could understand what would make the sale and if I really loved the house enough to make that happen. I would absolutely go to Julie again and highly recommend anyone reach out to her for any home buying or selling. 5 stars all the way!

Has very outdated listing all over multiple websites like realtor.com and zillow to name a few, which none are accurate listings. When I called and left a message no returned my call. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told that nothing was available even thought they have a bunch of listing everywhere online. so don't waste your time with these guys.

My fianc and I found a home we loved within a month! We really appreciate Terras (our realtor) services as were both recent college graduates who got jobs in the area and were sick of throwing money away on rentals. Terra really helped make it all happen and guided us through the process. Being first time home buyers and the first in both of our families to buy a home in over 30 years, we didnt have much knowledge. Terra was very patient with all of our questions and connected us with an amazing mortgage and title company. Overall, were super pleased with the personal experience we had with Terra and STL Buy and Sell!
